Travel Tips: Condition

Do you like fitness? People everyday fit. When they travel, they naturally do it. Last summer, I wrote about this a little. Even backpackers, they want to fit.

When people travel, they hump their backpacks on their shoulder. Their body balances are not always good. This sometimes yields knee problems and back pains. If you are an athlete, you maybe don't have any problems, but if you don't do any sports or daily training, you may suffer a serious condition.

One thing I recommend to do is stretching. You can try on your bed. If you are an early bird, you can try at the beach and park. Before you walk around, this is very important. Even you don't walk around, it works. Stretching is effective for economy class syndrome.

Water is also important for your travel. If you walk around, please bring some water bottles. If you tend not to take water much everyday, please take more care of you. People need more than half a gallon(2 litters) water for a day. More than 60% of our bodies consist of water! If you worry about this, you can use some apps for your reminders. Please check on Google Play, iTunes Store, Windows Store etc.
